THE ACTING GYM (ALL LEVELS)

We go to the gym to stay physically fit and flexible. Why not go to “the acting gym” in to stay mentally fit and flexible as an actor! My approach is unique. I combine many different acting techniques ultimately designed to fill your acting toolbox. Though NO PHYSICAL LIFTING IS REQUIRED, I will make you stretch and lift some heavy acting weight.
Acting muscles that will be worked: Memory, Observation, Imagination, Voice, Investigation, Repetition, Creativity
Benefits after 6 weeks:
The ability to create a character from scratch; a heightened awareness on stage; a much greater ability to think outside of the box; the ability to breakdown a scene; the ability to identify and properly use sub-text; a huge boost in confidence; and an uncontrollable urge to go out and get cast! You will be pushed to go much further than you’ve ever thought you could. The work will be hard but you’ll have fun doing it. It’s time to go to the Acting Gym and work out!
